Terms of Service

1. What Allsorts Directory Is

Allsorts Directory is a services marketplace operated by Allsorts Web Designers, connecting consumers in South Africa with independently-owned service businesses ("providers"). We are a directory and introduction service — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any work agreed between a consumer and a provider.

2. Provider Verification

Every provider listing goes through email verification and a free web-presence check, reviewed by a human before the listing is approved. Verification reduces — but does not eliminate — the risk of dealing with an unreliable business. Consumers should still exercise their own judgment, get a written quote, and check a provider's own reviews and credentials before agreeing to work.

3. Reviews

A review can only be submitted by a consumer against a request that both sides marked completed on the platform — reviews are not open to anyone who hasn't gone through a real booking here. Fabricated, defamatory, or manipulated reviews may be removed.

4. Feature-Ad Payments

Providers may purchase a Featured or Premium placement, billed once-off per period via PayFast, directly to Allsorts. Featured placement affects visibility only — it does not affect, replace, or bypass verification.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• List a business you don't own or aren't authorized to represent
• Submit fake requests, reviews, or verification information
• Use the platform to harvest contact details for unrelated marketing

6. Liability

Allsorts Directory is provided "as is." We are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any work performed by a provider found through the platform, or for disputes between consumers and providers.
