The "Book a real appointment" flow, shown only on providers who've connected their Allsorts Bookings account.

Why some providers have this and others don't

Real-time booking needs the business to run Allsorts Bookings for their calendar and staff availability. Connecting it is optional — a provider without it still takes callout requests, just without a live time-slot picker.

When you'll see it

A "Book a real appointment" button appears on a provider's profile only once they've connected their Bookings account.

How it works

Pick a service, pick a date, choose from the real available time slots for that day, then confirm with your contact details. This creates a real appointment directly in the business's calendar — it isn't a request that has to be manually accepted.
