Why you can only review a business after a completed request, and how to do it.
Reviews on provider profiles.
Open review boxes get gamed — anyone can post a review for any business with no proof they ever dealt with them. On Allsorts Directory, a review can only be submitted against a request that's actually marked Completed, and only by the consumer who made that request. This is the whole point of the platform's trust model, not a minor detail.
Once a business marks your request Completed, a review form appears on that request in My requests. You can only review it once.
Pick a star rating (1-5), optionally add a comment, and submit. It appears immediately on the business's public profile alongside their real average rating.
